Registration for the 2009-2010 Faith Formation year is underway.  Registration packets have been sent to all families previously enrolled in Faith Formation.  If you have a child entering grades 1-11 and did not recieve a packet or misplaced it simply print the registration form, fill it out and send it back to the Faith Formation Office.  Registration must be recieved by September 4th.  Please also make sure to print the parents letter, it contains valuable information about the begining of the year.  Also the volunteer form.  We need lots of volunteers to make our program a success.  Please prayerfully consider giving your time to our program.
